PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 29 September 2017 it purchased 13,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 145.0p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 34,408,306 ordinary shares in issue.
