PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 2 May 2019 it purchased 122,141 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 144.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will 89,561,510 ordinary shares in issue.
