PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 8 January 2020 it purchased 82,981 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 143.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 92,153,719 ordinary shares in issue.
