PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

The Company announces that on 19 November 2020 it purchased 61,617 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 163.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 115,729,171 ordinary shares in issue.
