PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 8 April 2020 it purchased 35,095 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 116.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 103,669,946 ordinary shares in issue.
