PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

The Company announces that on 22 December 2022 it purchased 116,625 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 125.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 152,095,939 ordinary shares in issue.
