Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Board of directors of the Company announces that independent non-executive director, David Gelber has been appointed senior independent director ('SID') with effect from 23 October 2019.  Mr Gelber has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since its launch in May 2015.

As the appointed SID, Mr Gelber will provide a sounding board to the chairman and serve as an intermediary for the other directors and shareholders.  Mr Gelber will also lead on the evaluation of the performance of the chairman.
