Director and PDMR dealing

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), the leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, reports that the Company was notified on 29 November 2019 by Stephan Wilcke, the Company's Chairman, of the sale of an aggregate of 1,800,000 Amigo Holdings PLC ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average cost of £0.635895 per Ordinary Share.

Mr Wilcke has sold 15% of his Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the Ordinary Shares of the Company, ahead of a personal tax liability due in 2020. Following the transaction Mr Wilcke retains 10,155,613 Ordinary Shares and his interests remain significantly aligned with those of the Company's shareholders and stakeholders.      

The Company was also notified on 29 November 2019 by Naynesh Patel, the Chief Analytics Officer and PDMR, of the sale of an aggregate of 703,514 Ordinary Shares at an average cost of £0.653754 per Ordinary Share. Mr Patel sold Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Ordinary Shares of the Company, ahead of a personal tax liability due in 2020.
