Lifting of the Temporary Suspension of Share Trading

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces it has applied to lift the temporary suspension of the listing and as such the trading in the Company's ordinary shares listed on the Premium Segment of the Official List (the 'Shares'), which was put in place at our request on 19 May 2021.

The Company believes that it is appropriate for the Company to request the lifting of the temporary suspension of the listing.

The Company is not aware of any inside information which has not been updated to the market and the Company can confirm that no decision has been made in relation to the Court Sanction hearing held yesterday to consider the Company's proposed Scheme of Arrangement. Furthermore, the Company is not able to confirm when the decision on the Scheme of Arrangement will be delivered by the Court or when and how it will be announced.

The Company has requested that the temporary suspension is lifted at the earliest opportunity. The Company may consider making a further application for a temporary suspension of the listing and as such a further suspension of trading in the Shares, if there is the possibility for asymmetric information in the market about the outcome of the Court hearing, before the Company has time to update the whole market.
