                     Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or "the Company")

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of the
entire issued share capital of Aminex, which is now denominated in euro with a
nominal value per Ordinary Share of €0.06, to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

This change to the share capital is pursuant to the approval of the relevant
resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today.
