DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

The Company was notified on 25 April 2002 that, on 25 April 2002, the following
Directors exercised share options at €0.0634869 per ordinary share of €0.06
("Shares"), under the Aminex PLC Executive Share Option Scheme:

of the 1,436,500 Shares which were blocklisted and admitted to dealings on the
London and Irish Stock Exchanges, subject to allotment, on 25 April 2002. As a
result, the number of issued Shares in the Company is increased to 90,661,882.
