Aminex PLC ("the Company"), the oil and gas exploration and production company,
announces that it has today granted the following options for nil consideration
to directors to subscribe for Ordinary Shares of €0.06 in the Company under the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme, exercisable at Stg17.5p at any time up
