ADDITIONAL LISTING







Aminex PLC ("the Company") has today made a listing application to the UK
Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for 350,000 Ordinary Shares of
nominal value €0.06 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish
Stock Exchange.  Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange for
such shares to be admitted to trading. These shares have been allotted partially
in settlement of Director's fees.
