RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Aminex PLC, the oil and gas company listed in London and Dublin ("Aminex" or the "Company") reports that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were passed.
