Changes to Board Structure
AMTE Power plc, a leading UK developer and manufacturer of battery cells for specialist markets, announces that Kevin Brundish, Executive Director, will be transitioning to the role of Non-Executive Director of AMTE Power with immediate effect. In his new role Kevin will continue to provide the Board with advice and guidance, based on his many years of experience.
Commenting on this, David Morgan (Chairman of AMTE Power) stated: "I would like to add my personal thanks to Kevin for all his hard work and dedication in developing the business and for providing the platform upon which we can all build. I wish him well in all future executive endeavours but am grateful that he will still be playing a part in our future success".

AMTE Power was founded in 2013 and is a leading UK developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets. In March 2021, the Company was admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
