Result of general meeting

AMTE Power Plc (AIM: AMTE) ( "AMTE Power" or the "Company" ), a leading developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets, is pleased to announce that both resolutions put to its General Meeting held today were duly passed.

The votes cast are set out below:

ORDINARY RESOLUTION
To authorise the Directors to allot relevant securities in respect of the proposed convertible bond facility (the "Facility") announced on 17 October 2022	16,861,004 (99.88%)	19,803 (0.12%)
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
To enable the Directors to allot shares for cash in respect of the Facility, without first offering them to existing shareholders	16,860,374 (99.88%)	20,259 (0.12%)

A further announcement is expected shortly when AMTE Power enters into the legally binding contractual documentation relating to the Facility.

AMTE Power was founded in 2013 and is a leading developer and manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells for specialist markets. In March 2021, the Company was admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. AMTE Power's purpose-built cell manufacturing facility in Thurso, Scotland has the second largest cell manufacturing capacity in the UK and the Company also has a product development team based in Oxford. AMTE's proposed state-of-the-art MegaFactory in Dundee, Scotland is expected to be operational and in production by Q3 2025 and will be capable of producing over 25,000 high added value batteries per day enabling the Company to rapidly scale up cell production.
