("Amur" or "the Company")

BOARD CHANGE

At a Board Meeting of the Company on 22 April 2010 the Directors accepted the resignation of Mr David Wood as a Director of the Company in order to pursue personal business interests.  Mr Wood will continue as a full time consultant to the Company until 30 September 2010 in order to complete the finalisation of the annual audit and to facilitate an orderly transition.

Mrs Alison Wilson, a Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as Financial Controller of the Company.  Mrs Wilson has nearly 20 years' experience in the junior mining sector and is currently the Company Secretary of Philippine Gold Ltd.

Mr. Robert Schafer, Amur Minerals Corporation Chairman said:

"David has played an integral role in the development of Amur Minerals.  I would like to thank him for his contribution over the years.  On behalf of colleagues we wish him all the best in his future endeavours".
