Amur Minerals Corporate (AIM: AMC) announces that it was notified in writing on 17 September 2008 that RAB Capital plc's indirect shareholding in the Company comprised 25,234,159 ordinary shares, representing 20.73% of the issued share capital. RAB Capital plc is now acting as discretionary manager of RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited and RAB Energy Fund Limited.  RAB Capital plc does not act as custodian for its clients and therefore the shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian of its clients, which is Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited.
