Kun-Manie Exploration Licence Extension Granted
Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the Company), the nickel-copper sulphide exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, is pleased to announce it has received its third extension on the right to continue exploration on its Kun-Manie project. Management confirms that on 14 November 2012, a meeting was held in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Oblast wherein Amurnedra and Company representatives agreed to the terms and conditions granting a 2 year extension to the Company's ZAO Kun-Manie subsidiary to continue exploration within the 950 square kilometre area. The extension expires 31 December 2014.
Robin Young, CEO of Amur Minerals, commented:
"The Company is very pleased to announce the extension on the exploration licence for another two years. We are already positioning ourselves to resupply the project for next year's work programme. Of course, the details of the work programme will be refined as the results from our 2012 efforts become available. The partial results from the 2012 programme are highly encouraging with the recently announce expansion on the Maly Kurumkon deposit. Staff are already setting objectives for the 2013 programme."
