Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide exploration and development company focused on the far east of Russia, is pleased to announce that pursuant the Fixed Term Loan Note Instrument entered into on 11 March 2020 that the Company has today received the net proceeds of the initial advance .
