Share Admission

The Company has been made aware that 713,067 ordinary shares in the Company, which had been issued pursuant to a grant of shares to certain directors of the Company announced on 16 December 2011, had not been admitted to trading on AIM. Accordingly, the Company has applied for these shares to be admitted with such admission due to take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 27 September 2017.

This apparent legacy external administrative issue does not change any of the Company's previous total voting rights announcements. As per the announcement of 18 September 2017 total voting rights in issue continue to be 634,429,789 ordinary shares of no par value each.
