Grant of options to Director
On 18 March 2004, Moneybox plc (the 'Company') granted Paul Stanley an option
under the 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company as set out below. This award is in accordance with the
details disclosed in its prospectus dated 12 March 2004.
