BOARD CHANGE

The directors of the Company ('the Directors') today announce the resignation 
of Joel Lawrence Simmonds, Non-Executive Director. The Directors also announce 
the appointment of Randall King (age 60), as a Non-Executive Director of the 
Company, with effect from today.


The board is pleased to welcome Mr King who is currently a Director of Renovco,
Inc. and a Partner at Facility Service Associates LLC. Mr King has also been
appointed as a Non-Executive Director of London Security Plc today.

There are no further matters in connection with the appointment of Mr King to 
be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
