The Board of Directors of Andrews Sykes Group Plc announces that

Jean-Christophe Pillois has resigned as Group Finance Director with effect from 21st December 2011.

In future Kevin Ford, Group Financial Controller, will report to the Board on the financial affairs of the Company.
