NEW CEO AT ANDREWS SYKES
Robert Stevens appointed
Mr Robert Stevens has been appointed Chief Executive of Andrews Sykes Group.
He will join the company in January 2000.
Mr Stevens (54) was previously a divisional managing director of Rentokil
Initial where he ran one of its largest and most profitable divisions, Initial
Textile Services, the towels, work wear, mats and linen rental business.
Andrews Sykes' chairman Mr JG Murray said 'We welcome Robert and look forward
to his joining us. He has a hands-on operational style and very relevant
experience of running a rental business from multiple depots in the UK. In
turning ITS into one of the significant growing divisions of Rentokil Initial,
with a turnover of over £100 million, he demonstrated a disciplined approach
to sales and business development which is in line with our own strategies.'
