The Company was informed yesterday that, on the same day, Andrew Newland, Chief
Executive of ANGLE, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 83.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, he has an interest in 6,854,686 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 25.26 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
