                        NON-EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD


ANGLE, the venture management and consulting company specialising in the
commercialisation of technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Garth
Selvey (57) as Non-Executive Director to the Board. The appointment is effective
immediately.

Garth brings many years' management experience, most recently as Chief Executive
of Comino Group plc. Comino Group was a fully listed software solutions company,
which Garth founded in 1996 and ran until its takeover by Civica plc in February
2006.

Previous positions include Managing Director of TIS Applications Ltd from 1984
to 1990, a company Garth formed through a joint venture with TIS Ltd, creating a
powerful application arm to the hardware distributor and aiding a successful
sale of the Group to Misys plc in 1989.

Following the takeover, under the name of Context Computers, Garth lead an MBO
of the Housing product team of Misys, attracted investment from venture
capitalists and in 1995 formed Comino Group.

Garth has developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of corporate life
including company growth, securing venture capital investment, attracting new
investors, disposals, acquisitions and integration, and providing repayment of
capital through exits such as flotation on AIM through to a fully listed Company
on the London Stock Exchange.
