ANGLE plc, the venture management and consulting company specialising in the
commercialisation of technology, will announce the preliminary results for the
year ended 30 April 2005, on Wednesday 6 July 2005.



An analyst briefing will be at 10.00 am and a press briefing at 11.30 am at
