Annual report for the year ended 31 March 2006

The annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2006 have been mailed to
shareholders. The report can be viewed on the company's website at
www.angleseymining.co.uk. The AGM is to be held on 26 September 2006 at the
offices of Deloitte & Touche, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 4TR.
