Annual Report and Accounts 2007

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007 have
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for

No notice of an annual general meeting has been included with the report and
accounts. This is because the company intends to hold the AGM at the same time
as an extraordinary general meeting called to enable shareholders to vote on the
proposed fund raising in Canada for the Labrador iron project at Schefferville.
It is planned to post a circular, notice of an EGM and an AGM (to be held
consecutively) and proxy forms within the next few weeks.
