Directors' Interests in Shares

Following the exercise of share options announced on 11 July 2006, the following
transactions in respect of the new shares issued in respect of those options
have been notified to the company.

  ·    On 19 July 2006 David Lean sold 500,000 shares by means of an off-market
       transfer at 12.0p per share.
  ·    Also on 19 July, Ian Cuthbertson sold 75,000 shares at 12.0p per share in
       order to partially fund the purchase of the 200,000 shares issued in respect of
       the exercise of his option.

The interests of these directors in the share capital of the company now is:
