Further re Sale of Parys Mountain Project.

Further to the announcement on 10 April 2008 of the signature of a Term Sheet between Western Metals Limited of Perth,
Western Australia and Anglesey Mining plc for the sale of the Parys Mountain Project, the company has been advised that
Western Metals does not wish to proceed on the basis of that Term Sheet. Both parties have expressed a wish to reach
alternative arrangements for the sale of the Parys Mountain Project and negotiations on this matter are continuing. It
has been agreed to extend the due diligence period until 30 September 2008.
