Anglo American plc (the 'Company')
Further issue of shares.
Application has been made for the listing of an additional
15,546 ordinary shares in the Company as a correction to the
number of ordinary shares originally issued on the listing of
the Company on the London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the
current issued share capital of the Company is 407,661,244
ordinary shares.
