Anglo American plc notification:
Anglo Platinum interim results 2005
Anglo American wishes to draw attention to Anglo Platinum's announcement of
their interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2005.
Anglo American will report headline earnings in respect of Platinum of US$259
million for the 6 months ended 30 June 2005, which takes into account certain
adjustments.
