The Company announces that Hilary Maxson, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been nominated by Schneider Electric to join the board of AVEVA Group plc as a non-executive director on 1 August 2021.  AVEVA Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

 

Hilary Maxson is EVP and Group Chief Financial Officer at Schneider Electric.  Schneider Electric is the majority shareholder of AVEVA Group plc.

 

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2).
