This announcement replaces the previous release made on 11 November 2015 under RNS number 3717F.

The previous announcement stated that Mrs C L Griffith (the wife of Mr C Griffith, a PDMR of the Company) had acquired 1,000 shares at a price of 1,163.21 South African Rand per share.

The announcement should have stated that she had acquired 1,000 shares at a price of 116.32 South African Rand per share.

These are the only changes to the previously released announcement. The correction is included in the full text of the announcement below.

DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's  INTERESTS

The Company was notified on Tuesday 10 November 2015 that Mrs C L Griffith, the wife of Mr C Griffith, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 116.32 South African Rand per Share on Thursday 5 November 2015.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The transactions were carried out in South Africa.
