DIRECTORS' INTERESTS

The Company announces that, on 15 May 2006, Mr S R Thompson a Director of the
Company, exercised 15,750 Long Term Incentive Plan Options originally granted in
2003, for a nominal consideration of £1.00, over ordinary shares of US$0.50 in
the capital of the Company ("shares").

Accordingly his beneficial interest in the Company has risen by 15,750 shares.

The notification of these transactions is intended to satisfy the Company's
obligations under both section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and the Financial
Services Authority Disclosure Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
