Anglo American Long Term Incentive Plan - "LTIP"

The Company announced on 10 March 2011 that 50% of the share awards granted under the LTIP in 2008 vested on 9 March 2011, following partial achievement of the performance conditions. After the sale of shares (at £32.56 per share) where appropriate to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities, the net increase in the share interest of Mr Duncan Wanblad, a PDMR of the Company, are:
