DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that an award over 31,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, granted to Sir John Parker, Chairman, upon his appointment in 2009, vested on 2 August 2012. Following the sale of 7,606 shares at £19.00 per share to partially meet the income tax liability, 23,394 shares have been released to Sir John.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
