The Company announces that Mr B R Beamish, a PDMR, has notified the Company that he sold the following ordinaryshares on 31 May 2011:

·      8,000 at a price of £30.54 per share; and

·      6,245 at a price of ZAR343.01 per share.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
