DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that an award over 4,000 ordinary shares of 54^86/91 US cents in the capital of the Company, granted to Mr Ruben Fernandes, a PDMR of the Company, upon his appointment in 2012, vested on 4 June 2013. Following the withholding of 1,100 shares at a notional price of £15.185 per share to meet the tax liability, Mr Fernandes' beneficial interest has increased by 2,900 Shares.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
