DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company was notified on 30 July 2015 that Dr Byron Grote, an independent non-executive director, acquired 5,000 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in respect of the Company's ordinary shares on 29 July 2015 at an average price of US$6.30 per ADR, and 5,000 ADRs in respect of the Company's ordinary shares on 30 July 2015 at an average price of US$6.25 per ADR. One ADR represents 0.5 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each in the capital of the Company.

The transaction was carried out in the US.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
