Final Dividend of 32 US cents per ordinary share

Amounts per ordinary share in Sterling and Euros

Further to the announcement of 26 July 2013, the equivalent of the dividend in Sterling is 20.6540 pence per share and in Euros is 23.9743 Euro cents per share based on exchange rates of US$1 = £0.645439 and US$1 = €0.749196.

As announced on 26 July 2013, the equivalent of the dividend in South African Rand is R3.12512 per ordinary share.

The payment date of the dividend is Thursday 12 September 2013.
