The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 11 December 2013 relating to the issue by Anglo American Capital plc of JPY 10,000,000,000 1.028 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 14 December 2018 guaranteed by Anglo American plc (the "Notes") under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 17 April 2013, as supplemented by the Supplementary Offering Circular dated 11 November 2013,relating to the Programme.
