Please note that the dates in respect of the final dividend for the year to 31
December 2005 are currently scheduled as follows:
Announcement date : Wednesday 22 February 2006
Currency conversion date: Friday 17 February 2006
Last date to trade on the JSE: Friday 3 March 2006
Ex-dividend JSE: Monday 6 March 2006
Ex- dividend LSE: Wednesday 8 March 2006
Record date (UK & SA Registers): Friday 10 March 2006
Last day for receipt of DRIP Mandates
by CSDPs: Tuesday 4 April 2006
Last day for receipt of DRIP Mandates
by the UK & SA Registrars: Thursday 6 April 2006
Dividend warrants mailed: Tuesday 2 May 2006
Payment date: Wednesday 3 May 2006
The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM scheduled for
Tuesday 25 April 2006. Any changes to the abovementioned dates will be notified.
