The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 19 November 2013 relating to the issue by Anglo American Capital plc of EUR 900,000,000 1.750% per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 20 November 2017 guaranteed by Anglo American plc under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

Final Terms dated 19 November 2013 relating to the issue by Anglo American Capital plc of EUR 600,000,000 2.875 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 20 November 2020 guaranteed by Anglo American plc under the Programme.

The Final Terms of each series of Notes (together, the "Final Terms") must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 17 April 2013, as supplemented by the Supplementary Offering Circular dated 11 November 2013 relating to the Programme.
