shares, FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries both being non
beneficial holders, have an interest in 4,045,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the company, representing 4.08 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
