Appointment of Sponsor and 
change of Registered Office

Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC ('AEP' or 'Company'), which owns approximately 132,000 hectares of plantation land, primarily in Indonesia, and operates approximately 40,000 ha of developed palm oil plantations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Stanley Securities as the Sponsor to the Company with immediate effect.
