The board of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has approved the grant of options
over 51,200 ordinary shares to 26 employees at 234p, exercisable between 19 May
2009 and 18 May 2016.

This brings the total number of shares over which options are held to 154,600
(0.39% of current issued share capital).
