The board of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has approved the grant of options
over 78,300 ordinary shares to 37 employees at 360.3p, exercisable between 21
May 2010 and 20 May 2017.


This brings the total number of shares over which options are held to 226,000
(0.57% of total issued share capital).
